To give you an idea of what the menu during the Sanguinum treatment is like we have selected some recipes and pictures to go through now.You won't have to hunger or do heavy shopping or even do separate cooking neither stir tasteless powder shakes, and that's a promise.
Turkey-Courgette-Stew
Ingredients for one person:250g tender courgette (zucchini)
200g filet of Turkey breast
1 small garlic
3 leaves of sage
Salt, black pepper
200ml vegetable broth (fat-free from the health food store)
Chilli powder
Maybe some sage leaves for garnish
Preparation:
Clean and dry the sage leaves and cut them in thin stripes. Wash and clean the courgettes and cut into slices. Coldwash the filets of turkey breast, dry and cut to eatable sized cubes. Sear the meat as usual in water. Peel and squeeze the garlic into it and stir in the sage. Spice with salt and pepper and scare with broth. Add the courgette, boil all under a lid and slightly boil for another 5 minutes with less heat. Season with salt, pepper and chilli powder.
Blue Trout
Ingredients for one person:1 Rainbow trout
1 ltr. water
1 tablespoon of salt
1 lemon juice
2 bay leaves
1 onion
200gr. green Princess beans
Pepper, oregano, parsley
Preparation:
Shortly boil the salt, lemon juice, bay leaves and the quartered onion in the water. Afterwards, put the trout into the water and let it steep at a lower temperature for roughly 20 minutes (don't boil otherwise the trout will fall apart). Take out the fish and garnish it with parsley. Let the beans steam in saltwater. Season with salt, pepper and oregano and sprinkle with parsley.
Crusties
Ingredients for one person:According to desire: courgettes, carrots or turnips
1 egg
Pepper, salt
Herbal curd (homemade)
Preparation:
Grate the courgettes, carrots and turnips. Make some mini pancakes by mixing the egg with a little water, salt and pepper and fry them in the pan. Garnish them with homemade herbal curd.
